We had an outstanding first visit with Dr. Krasney earlier this month. My Dad is nearly 90 years old with health challenges. Doctor was kind, compassionate and thorough. He took the time needed to help us identify eye-related issues and address them. I highly recommend Dr. Krasney for eye care and will be switching to him myself. Many thanks for talking and explaining everything so clearly. It was a refreshing experience.

Dr. Krasney is a wonderful physician and a kind-hearted human being. He spent a lot of time with my mother, and he was genuine, and gentle, and he never made her feel like she was holding him up from getting to his next patient. He explained everything and told us to call him if we had any questions. If you are looking for an MD who still approaches medicine with the "patients first" mindset, you will not be disappointed.

I had scheduling issues on three different occasions: once they didn't have my appointment, once the doctor was late and once they sent a notice cancelling the appointment, asking me to call and reschedule. Dr. Krasney wanted me to try a 2nd, very expensive prescription for my glaucoma, w/o fully discussing alternatives (he never even mentioned SLT and glossed over other surgery options). His last eye pressure readings were much higher than his assistant's, when he then suggested the 2nd drug.
