We left one of the large Amherst based Psychiatry practices to see Dr. Cooke. Dr Cooke is very understanding and caring. He does take him with each patient. He treats you like your his only patient. You may have to wait, But, It's totally worth it!

You sometimes have to wait in his office for a while, and he does cancel appointments. However, he is caring, kind, and takes a lot of time with his patients. He is very knowledgable and if there is a problem with medication he answers almost immediately.

He's laid back, but extremely thorough. He explained things very well & made sure we understood everything.
