Dr. Bennett fell asleep three times during my visit. Also had to remind him who I was and why I was there. I was there for a follow up and refill for my prescription. Twice he mentioned me being on Lyrica, which I have never taken and never talked with him about. At one point I asked him if he was ok, he said his kidneys were failing and he wasn't feeling very good. Dr. Bennett needs to retire and get out of the profession before he gets somebody killed.

(*WARNING*) Do not recommend at all. Remember he's over 80 years old he couldn't even remember what I was there for. I have bad muscle spasms. I've been taking Diazepam for a long time. Went through two neurologist before this terrible one. He told me that the Diazepam is for anxiety not for muscle spasms. I know it's a muscle relaxer medication. He has no idea of what he's doing or saying he's very confused. (*WARNING*)

I would not recommend Dr. Bennett to anybody. I seen him today for my MRI results for M.S. and he told me to look up all the medications and be my own dr. Yes he is very old and senile, he couldn't remember what my name was and would not answer my questions I had about my M.S. In my own personal opinion I believe he needs to retire.

My child Bennett 4 evaluation to determine autism 4 Arizona Department of Economic Security, Division of Developmental Disabilities case worker said they required me to get Autism Diagnosis from Arizona Neurologist. Bennett staff made the appointment, said he can do that. At appointment the doctor said, "I am not clear what (Autism) that is?" He ordered/I paid 4 a $15,000 test for seizures w/5 days head electrodes that failed & = 0 results but DR report insulted my parenting and my child.

Dr. Bennett is rude, senile, even when he has your chart in front of him needs to be reminded several times who you are and why your there. He ordered a test to be done that I didn't even need done. He told me that because I missed a single phone call from another Dr office that I was stupid for doing so. Perhaps if I spent less time in the bathroom I could get more accomplished in life. I Would NOT recommend this Dr to anyone. I even reported him to my insurance company with no results.
