Dr. Ambe was very professional, diagnosed me accurately and in short time. He is a caring doctor, with concern for his patients. I had a lot of questions and concerns before surgery, and am pleased I chose him. I wish him life’s best.

Dr. Ambe has my utmost admiration and support. He is attentive, thorough, interested, and concerned. His office staff, Antoinette and Donna, were top notch. I felt like everyone knew me and that I wasn't just a 'number.' If I ever need his level of medical attention again, he will be the one I contact. I will also refer everyone to him. Dr. Ambe made my first experience with surgery (gall bladder) a very calm and relaxed experience.

I simply do not know how to truly express in a review my gratitude for Dr. Ambe. He has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever encountered and his compassion for his patients and family is unmatched by any medical professional I have come across. There are no words - and a simple thank you will never seem like enough. But - thank you Dr Ambe...... the son and daughter of Marcella Yvonne Conner (Kingwood Medical Center - surgery - Dec 2017)

My journey with diverticulitis was short and painful but I'm so thankful I fell into the very capable hands of Dr. Ambe! I endured 3 abscesses, 2 drains inserted and 11 day hospital stay initially starting June 4, 2017. Was recommended for surgery, had surgery July 26, 2017 with 5 day hospital stay. I am on the mend and so thankful for such a wonderful caring doctor. He addresses any and all concerns and questions without leaving you with any doubt about the care you are receiving. Excellent!!

I would recommend Dr. Ambe, first and foremost, he took great care and concern, learning who I was and what was my lifestyle (an active professional bassist. Think Flea.) before suggesting a course of action. He offered me a few choices with careful consideration and helped me choose my own plans moving forward, before invasive surgery. My particular surgery was executed amazingly (I looked online and saw what it could have been..) Any questions: Necronatas@aol.com James Foster

My husband was diagnosed with diverticulitus with a perforation to the bowel and abscess in his stomach. It was a long recovery but Dr. Ambe was with us every step of the way. He knew exactly the course of action that needed to be taken. We called his office on a Saturday morning and was shocked when he answered, only a dedicated doctor does that. Words cannot express how grateful we are to him. We are absolutely impressed with our overall experience, and HIGHLY recommend Dr. Ambe.
