My whole experience with Dr. Patel and staff was excellent. Upon learning that the doctor didn't perform the surgery I needed for my knee, I was disappointed to say the least. But instead of sending me on my way, he referred me to another notable surgeon within the group experienced in the surgery I need. Typically it could take weeks to get an appointment, but he made sure that I was on the doctor's schedule asap (the next morning). This was greatly appreciated, as I am and have been (for months) in a lot of pain and can't walk. I'm confident and optimistic now, that will soon change! Many thanks to Dr. Patel and his staff.

Dr. Patel has very good bedside manner and he always looks into the best interests of his patients in regards to getting them back to doing the things they love. After seeing 6 previous ortho surgeons I am finally pain free after 20 months post shoulder surgery. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel and his team without hesitation. Olivia ????

I have been going to Dr Patel for the past several months for shoulder issues and can say without reservation that his office and team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I never waited more than five minutes for my appointments and they have an x-ray machine and other diagnostic equipment on-site, which makes the whole evaluation process much more efficient. Dr Patel was great on exploring non-invasive methods to heal my shoulder. When we had exhausted those options and the MRI revealed a total tear, he surgically repaired it. Turns out he's also an amazing surgeon- I have been recovering quickly and painlessly! He has unbelievable background credentials- he graduated from Northwestern, did his fellowship at the Cleveland Clinic, and was a Resident for the Chicago Blackhawks and Cubs. If you are looking for someone to evaluate or repair your knee or shoulder, this is your guy- I will be going back to him this week for surgery on my other torn shoulder.

Great Dr. He is kind and very intelligent. He repaired a complex torn meniscus in my knee. I felt great only 3 days after surgery. My physical therapy was really getting fast results for my strength and mobility. Very little to no knee pain after the first 3 days post surgery. But unfortunately, I was in a rear end collision accident at my 7th week, post op and the accident ripped the repair to my meniscus, plus other injuries. My knee would have been great otherwise. Knee replacement time.

Dr. Patel took excellent care of my mother for a very painful knee condition. He exhausted nonsurgical management and her pain and symptoms have dramatically improved. I believe he delivers care that is world class and is on par with any of the leading academic sports practices in the Chicagoland area

I was very happy with my outcome; I had a right knee robotic partial knee replacement in April of 2018 and I have been back at work as a heavy laborer without restriction in July of 2018.

Dr Patel and his team are excellent. Great bedside manner and he really knows what he is doing. I had stem cell injections in both knees. Shots were like a pinch. Afterwards, I felt like I had the knees of a 20yr old. I could walk without a cane or walker for a long time. It was fabulous! I was able to do all the things with my kids that I couldn’t do for a long time. Very happy with Dr Patel. He is FABULOUS!
