Took our 2 year old in to evaluate her eyelid.Dr. Silkiss told her not to scream because her ears hurt? (She was 2!)When it came time to evaluate, she didn't even come close to my daughter, she looked from her chair and said almost indifferently "I don't see anything in her eye." We paid $200 for...more

She came in, no explanation for my wait, asked why I was there, pulled down on my eyelid and said I needed surgery. There was no explanation about the...more

After 2 months of wait, I had a 5 pm appointment at her WC office on Friday Sept 1st. They charged my credit card $225 upfront fee. I waited until 6:30 in the waiting room before I was admitted and only to be seen by two others who did unrelated eye exams and recorded everything wrong in the...more

Dear Ms. Hakimi We strive to provide the best care possible for our patients. I am truly sorry your needs were not met. You were evaluated initially by my medical assistant and my resident doctor. We were particularly busy with an emergency the day you were evaluated....as you can imagine, we were still seeing patients well past 7 pm....not a schedule any of us want to maintain! You did however receive a call from my office as well as a complete refund of your fee. Kindly, Dr. Silkiss
