Friendly, polite, helpful, has a nice firm handshake which I think is very important. Made me feel like I was his only concern. I was not rushed in and out. Made me feel like I was important to him.

Dr. Lainez was informative and answered questions patiently. The patient advocate did a great job at getting me through the approval process.
