Bunions Gone
For the first time in 20 years I can wear shoes comfortably. Dr Orisini removed my bunions on both feet. He is an excellent surgeon and follow up. I am thrilled.

I would highly recommend Dr. Orsini
I was referred to Dr.Orsini from my Primary ..Dr.Joseph Kim .. From the very first visit I was welcomed with friendly caring staff … especially Dr.Orsini .. He did Achilles Tendinitis surgery on my left ankle and he is amazing!!! He was reassuring before surgery and after … I will recommend Dr.Orsini to ANYONE.. He is truly the best in my eyes … professional but caring and remarkable in his field that’s what I like .. I was given a time of 6-8 months .. and I’ve been cleared in 3 months … HE is phenomenal!!!!!

From my first visit with Dr Orsini, to surgery, and post-op visit, I have been very pleased. Dr Orsini was very thorough in explaining what he thought was the best procedure for the bunion on my foot. After surgery, I called his office a couple of times with questions…….I received a call back from one of his staff within 20 minutes. They answered my questions and were very patient, encouraging, and reassuring. I truly appreciate Dr Orsini’s knowledge and taking care of my foot. I definitely recommend Dr Orsini.

I brought Dr Orsini an ankle that was pretty trashed. Broken Bones and Torn Ligaments. My Surgery was January 8th 2021 and I returned to work on May 17th 2021. I have some swelling but the extreme pain is gone. At 68 years old I feel exceptional I am very pleased at how this turned out. My 4 incisions healed very well and I would recommend Dr Orsini to anyone. Dr Orsini surpassed my expectations of this surgery!

My honest opinion is he is. Poor orthopedic specialist. He has failed to listen, provide any measurable help or assistance and has always maintained a very rude elitist behavior

Dr. Orsini operated on me for a bunion. I had the other foot done a decade ago in DC, and that foot has felt fine ever since. But he criticized that foot's outcome and offered an aggressive procedure for the foot I needed work done on. I followed his post-op regimen strictly. His manner is fine and he seems to know his business, but at each follow-up visit he would give instructions he had omitted before. The foot did not heal well and the outcome is that the big toe sticks up slightly with a new fracture (because I'm active, he said, though I followed his schedule), and the ball of the foot protrudes more than before, making it tender to walk or run on. His staff is uneven -- some friendly and happy to advise, others curt and unhelpful. I wish I had gone elsewhere.

I was treated for a fifth metatarsal break. There was very little wait time. Dr. Orsini explained the break and the cure. Six weeks later I’m weaning myself off the boot and pain free. Dr. Orsini eased my anxiety and was kind and very reassuring.

Dr. Orsini is very thorough and professional; he is also kind and caring. He takes the time to explain each procedure as well as follow up instructions. I have had excellent experiences with Dr. Orsini and his staff. The Lewes area is lucky to have him.

Dr. Orsini has done surgery on my foot and ankle. Throughout the entire experience Dr. Orsini and his staff were fantastic. He understood my active lifestyle and solved my foot and ankle problems to allow me to stay active. Most important though is that he really cares for his patients. Thank You Again!!!

Dr. Orsini has operated on both of my feet in the past and has eliminated all of my pain and problems. Recently, I have had some heal pain and he diagnosed me with plantar fasciitis. He recommended some foot exercises and shoe inserts. I am sure it will help. He is a wonderful and caring doctor.

On October 30 2019 I had a ankle reconstruction. My visits prior to surgery were comforting, informative and quite friendly. Dr. Orsini was amazing on surgery day and following visits. He outlined my recovery and set target dates. 12/9 25 % with allowed on foot, 12/19 75%, 12/23 100%. I worked hard to achieve these goals as he knew I would. January 6th I was in a sneaker and Feb 4th much to his surprise I walked 2 miles on the board walk. Today is February 10 and I had a follow up appointment. I have walked 8 mies on the boardwalk over a 4 day period. His instructions have bee amazing and his follow through awesome. I can begin riding my bike as I see fit and can begin to push myself to full recovery. I was in pan for 15 years until I could no longer ruction in my daily routine. I have NOT been in pain since I woke up from surgery....Hint...LOTS OF ICE! Many Thanks to Dr. Orsini and his staff for taking such good care of me.

Dr Orsini is indeed a Foot and Ankle Specialist. He is skilled and caring. I had two toes straightened and he did a wonderful job of getting me healed and back on my feet. I recommend him for all things Podiatric.

This is my second surgery performed by Dr. Orsini and the results were PERFECT. We are lucky to have him in our area. His new office is very nice, his staff is great and the team at his surgery center are excellent. I WON'T go to anyone else.

August surgery to correct plantar plate tear, dislocation, and hammer toe went extremely well. Throughout the process, Dr. Orsini was a great listener, knowledgeable, patient, and always available to answer any questions/concerns.
