Dr. Saenz is an excellent Dr. He will actually sit down and talk to you. Amazing!! His staff is remarkable! Christine, his nurse, is fabulous. Extremely helpful and caring. Everyone at his office would get a 5.0. I highly recommend Dr. Saenz and cannot believe a patient would give him less than a 5.0. They must be the problem.

Had a family member who had Dr Saenz do his surgery and NEVER saw him again. The surgery worked out OK so need to say that part was good. But he never came out to talk to me in the waiting room after surgery and he never showed up in the hospital for any after care or check ups. VERY DISSAPOINTED with that.

Horrible bedside manner at he hospital. Does not care about his patients. Insensitive. Blames you for your medical issues. Mumbles and talks under his breathe when he walks away. When you call him out on it, he turns around and argues/yells at you. Super disrespectful. Stay away!

he runs like a "mom & pop" office & nepotism was noted because the lady there who misreprisents herself as a nurse needs a lot of education & training & he is very unprofessional & unethical; provides poor care

Had a gallbladder surgery, and was told the incision would be small now I have a big open incision that was not properly sealed/stapled. Went in for my week follow up and he barely looked at my incision and said its time to remove the staples. Ended up removing the staples and in less than three hours my incision opened. Tried calling his office and no answer or returned call. Went to the er to be told to place a bandage on it. Wasted time and money.
