I was happy with everybody but Lindsey she needs to learn how to treat people

Dr Jones is a good provider if you can get a response from his front office staff. You do not see the provider after the first visit.
Tallahassee, FL |
This doctor spent <5 minutes with me in 2yrs and falsely diagnosed me as a psych patient due to his lack of testing and research. I was offered surgery from a PA for an injury I don't have and was told I didnt need an MRI that the YEARLY surgery to burn nerves in my back was minor. An MRI from my primary confirmed bulging disks instead. Most of my medical complaints were ignored although he had referrals, he didnt manage my pain well, & I was treated very poorly by MOST staff. AVOID THEM!!!

I bless the day I was referred to see Dr. Roland Jones! For the most part he and his staff have come through with flying colors. Dr. Jones is a Neurologist specializing in Pain Management; just what I wanted and needed. I've seen most of the assistants and they are great. Thank you Dr. Jones and staff!!!

He miss diagnosed me with several conditions I found out later I did not have. But not until his assistant prescribed medications that caused me to have tremors/focal seizures. Conditions I now live with for the rest of my life! My livelyhood has forever been changed for the worse thanks to this doctor. His office is very unorganized and thats due to the fact that he is hardly there. He spends a lot of time at the hospital recruiting new patient and not in office for even your 1st office visit.

I am so thankful to have been sent here i am in constant pain and they know exactly what procedures to use to minimize it. The staff is very friendly and helpful if you are in pain i definitely would recommend that you give this facility a try.
He is very nice but the office organization is the worst I have ever experienced. They are lost!! Sometimes it may be a management problem. Whatever the problem is, it's inexcusable. Tests aren't ordered. Follow ups aren't made. For heaven's sake! These are sick people. Do your job!!

I saw Dr. Jones and his nurse practition nurse Lisa for my chronic headaches and occipital nerve pain that started after my car accident. They spent more time with me than my previous neurologist and explained my treatments and options more than anyone else did. I thought the office staff was friendly and the office was clean.

Dr. Jones has a horrible front staff. They can not handle basic authorization and scheduling issues. They are nice, but in an airhead kind of way. They are not experienced enough to be dealing with chronic pain patients. They can be very rude when you ask basic questions and then your are seen as either overacting or an angry person. Bear in mind these patients are in chronic pain everyday and an office visit should not add to that pain. They may have gotten a new building, but worst attitudes.

Dr Jones and staff were super. This was my first visit but Dr. Jones, Lisa Moore and Shatara all put me at ease and I felt like an established patient. Nothing was left unexplained. Front office staff are friendly and helpful.

Dr Jones is great! However his front office staff is not. I have been routinely treated like a drug seeker and piece of trash. I have been trying to get a procedure that Dr Jones recommended. It's been 6 months since I started the process. The front office staff can not get anything right! It's been a battle not just for me but for the surgeon.
