If you like endless consults then you've got the right guy. If you'd like something actually done then don't waste your time, because the apparent goal here is to string you along for as long as possible while collecting as many fees allowable. After SIX (6) visits my legs look no different. And you should anticipate the unexplained assistant tapping away at her laptop during every visit, doubtless so they can double-bill the insurance company.

This was the best doctor visit ever. I was seen within minutes of my appointment time. The doctor took his time explaining each of the options for my treatment ( in terminology I could actually understand) and the pros and cons of each. Dr. Walcott has great bedside manner and I didn't feel rushed during the appointment. Also his staff was very kind, they took time help me navigate my insurance coverage.

I had vein problems in my leg and got in to see Dr Walcott. The receptionist was nice and I was taken right in. He took time to listen to me and then after I had an ultrasound decided on how to treat me. My care was really good and I would go back there.

I have had two appointments with Dr. Walcott, with a course of action recommended. This all occurred on March 17th. Dr. Walcott is great. Then I was handed off to Bonnie, the surgical scheduling mgr. This is where the story ends, Bonnie has shown such a lack of competence and professionalism that I have no resolution 3 months later. My only suggestion would be if you are getting something non surgical performed you'll be okay. If you are unfortunate enough to deal with Bonnie, well good luck.

He couldn't have cared less about my issue. His assistant or PA or whatever she was also very uninterested in my issue. She was all about getting out of the office. Apparently I was the last appointment. The dear doctor and Miss thing were out the door before I was. Rushed and rude are the two words I would use for them both. I called to get the results of a test and heard back about a month later that if the issue had gone away there was nothing more to do. Well the issue is still an issue.
