I first saw this doctor in his Arcadia office because I needed an appt quickly. He is fully competent & knowledgeable; he was gentle, and showed awareness to avoid pain during the procedure. However, he did recommend me to a Physical Therapist named Elizabeth at Henry Mayo Outpatient Physical Therapy who has anger issues. Giving him the benefit of the doubt, hopefully he was not aware of her unprofessional behavior. I have made this problem known to him.

      Why Does Experience Matter?
