He is especially skilled in cataract and implant treatment techniques and the treatment of other ocular problems. Dr. Newsom also serves as a diplomat on the National Board of Medical Examiners. Since 1996, Dr. Newsom has used BOTOX® Cosmetic effectively to treat eyelid and facial muscle disorders as well as to smooth away deep wrinkles and lines that naturally form in the eyelid and forehead regions as the face ages. In addition to his ophthalmic training, Dr. Roger Newsom is qualified to perform plastic surgery on and around the eye and forehead regions for reconstructive and cosmetic enhancement purposes. During his residency at the Wake Forest University Eye Center, Dr. Newsom received the highly coveted American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons Fellowship at the University of Toronto, Canada. Dr Newsome is an okay Dr. But he didnt value my time or patronage. On my first visit I was kept waiting 48 minutes and on my second visit i waited an entire hour and still didnt see the doctor. His practice needs to review their business model. There was more than 10 patients waiting. . I see alot...more
