Dr. McKinlay is a fantastic surgeon and the most caring Dr. that I have ever seen. He literally saved my life with his expertise skills as a surgeon. I spent 30 days in the hospital and he was there every single day to check on me and discuss what was going on. Such a wonderful caring doctor. I and my family will be forever greatful to him. We can't thank you enough!

Dr. McKinlay was excellent. After a year of being sick nearly every day, and some anomalous test results that my other doctors couldn’t agree about, Dr. McKinlay provided me with a solution. He did research on my situation, and he personally called me to discuss my options. And after my surgery, the pain and sickness were gone. I can’t express how grateful I am to him for helping to give me my life back.

Dr McKinlay is a great surgeon! He is warm, compassionate, and caring. I do think there is anything he wouldn't do for his patients. He is the opposite of the stereotypical surgeon! While his focus is bariatric surgery he is also a wonderful general surgeon and has saved my life at least twice in the past 3 years.

He makes you feel so comfortable and at ease in your decisions. His warm and friendly demeanor are very comforting before and after the surgery. The one problem that I and many others have found in his office is lack of help with the insurance process the office has many patients and in great need of some more help in the insurance processing. Every patient I have talked to States that the one Insurance person is so busy and overwhelmed she can't fulfill her obligations and Promises.
