1st-phones are ALWAYS rolled, even when they're open. 2nd-refused to see my ADULT son w/o me because he didn't know the names of his medicine, but also wouldn't let him call me to find out what they were. 3rd-refused to adjust medication when I went to his next appointment and told him his manic phase was occurring more often and was more severe. Told me to monitor him for a month before he'd change anything. 2 weeks later, I had to admit him into psych hospital. Like I don't know my own son.

Love this Dr. Never wait long to see him and in and out. Prescribes all the right medicine for my condition.

I would never recommend this practitioner to anyone. I've never dealt with anyone in the mental health field who was so rude, arrogant and dismissive. If you don't like to help people, maybe you should not be in healthcare.

Rude and disrespectful! He's a total joke as a psychiatrist. I've never seen anything like him in my 25 years of seeking mental health treatments.

The wait times are BRUTAL!!!! I'm still waiting for my appointment right now and I've been here an hour. The wait times always seem to be at least 30 minutes for me. But I like Dr. Boyd a lot. The front desk staff could be more friendly though. They can be kinda rude or off-putting. But like I said, I really like Dr. Boyd. I'd recommend him, but only if you have tons of time and don't care about the front desk ignoring you.

I've been seing Dr. Norniella since he opened and they have ALWAYS been pleasant and accommodate my needs. I have taken the same medicines for over 15 years, Dr. Norniella makes it hassle free! And between Jesus, my,Pastor and my husband, I have plenty of counselors!! Thankyou Dr. Norniella and all of your staff!
