Dr. Rau is great! When she's in. I have had every appointment in the last year and a half or so cancelled. Most of her office staff is wonderful as well with the exception of the front desk girl. I unfortunately have to change doctors though because it has been too long with out being able to actually make it to an appointment with out her cancelling on me.

Dr. Rau is out of the office a lot. She also erroneously diagnosed me with Endometriosis (a pretty serious diagnosis) without even doing the proper tests and then started treating me for it.
She is always friendly and with a smile on her face she listens and truly cares about what is happening with you. Her nurses are fabulous and engaged however the new front desk receptionist lacks a lot of empathy and regard. Only drawback.
