Robert E. Wright, M.D. is a native of Lubbock, Texas, and graduate of the Texas A&M University of College Station, Texas with honors. He attended the Baylor College of Medicine in Houston and completed his internship and anesthesiology residency at the University of Utah Medical Center in Salt Lake City, Utah. He has over twenty-one years of experience in chronic and interventional pain management. He has authored over a dozen articles in scientific literature as well as being cited in many medical journals and textbooks. He has taught continuing medical education courses to physicians throughout the United States and internationally on the topics of Interventional Pain Management, minimally invasive spine surgery, spinal injections, epiduroscopy and the treatment of chronic pelvic pain. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Pain Medicine and serves on the instructor panel of a number of medical organizations, including the Interventional Spinal Injection Society (ISIS), the Advanced Neuromodulation Society, and the North American Spine Society. Dr. Wright is also a member of the International Association for the Study of Pain and has worked with the world s experts in the treatment of chronic and advanced treatment methods, result in major strides for the treatment of chronic pain.
