I have already raved to my wife about my first visit!

Dr. Thomas compassion is evident. I had an experience where he went out of his way to get me taken care of sooner than later for my benefit. He explained things in an understandable way and follow up was exceptional. The whole staff were also friendly and efficient
Very caring and knowledgeable doctor. My only complaint is the amount of time I always have to wait in the exam room. Perhaps he is overbooked? Back office staff friendly and seem very competent. Most of the front office ladies seem rushed and are extremely abrupt when checking in patients. Seems to me that it would be best to have friendly people working on the desk at a persons' first encounter with your practice.

I really like the professionalism that Dr. Thomas show. He really cared about my pain and is taking steps to fix the problem. I had another doctor that did my total knee replacement and he has retired since the surgery. His replacement doctor did not care about my pain and stated he could not help me. Dr. Thomas' PA was so very nice. I can't wait to go back for my second visit.

Dr. Thomas is great. He pieced together my collarbone when I broke it in a couple places and removed the plates when I was ready. Even with the two surgeries, I have a decent looking mark where the incisions are. It looks great-considering. Very professional and funny. He does a great job as does his staff. I would recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone.

Dr Thomas is the best. Staff, Could be better. Panorama definitely the worst. Unfortunately now all you ever get to see is his PA who just goes through the motions. You can't ever get hold of anybody the same day. It's like calling an attorney's office. Frustrating-no longer worth it if I can't ever get to him

Dr. Thomas was very aware that I had extreme anxiety around having hip surgery, due to my past 2 experiences. He took this into account when scheduling my total hip replacement and was very patient with me.
