Dr. Thies is a very caring doctor and really follows through with his patients. My problem turned out to be metabolic not neurological but he was the first doctor who suggested the probable cause, not my doctor of internal medicine. As happy as I was to finally be diagnosed I missed having him on "my team". I highly recommend him.

Dr. Thies seemed kind at first, but during my second visit I realized he had not listened to me at all during my first visit with him. He dismissed my symptoms and was very unclear with how to go about the next steps toward a diagnosis. I felt very hurt in this process and was unable to make follow-up appointments due to scheduling issues. One of my scheduled appointments with Dr. Thies was pushed to be a month and a half later even though I had scheduled the appointment in advance. 0/10
