Eden Prairie, MN |
Made me wait over 45 minutes at my first visit, no apology. After a brief 60 second exam, he had 1 foot out the door for the remainder of the visit. He refused to see me at my second appointment because I was 15 minutes late. Apparently with him promptness is a 1 way street. Staff will not answer the phone, long waits even with nobody else to serve. Never going back, advise you find a doctor with some consideration and people skills.

Dr Silver needs to get some empathy. Apparently he has never had ear problems and doesn't understand how miserable it can be to have pain. I'm firing him as my doctor after my last visit which left me in tears and fainting in his office. There was alot better doctors to see in the ENT field than this guy! I ended up getting a second opinion from another ENT.
Minneapolis, MN |
Called with what I termed an emergency and was told I couldn't get in until next week. And then silence. No day, no time, no offer. Clearly didn't want me as a patient to just say, they couldn't get me in until next week... but no info given? Got the distinct impression they had no intention of even trying so why not just say that?????

Made me wait 45 minutes in an exam room to have stitches removed!! A nurse checked in at 30 minutes...said she would get him, yet he took another 15 minutes. When he did arrive, he only offered a small excuse & little apology. Dr Silver is very young...& needs more patient consideration!

I really thought he was wonderful. He didn't stop at the fact that my ear, nose and throat exam was negative but went the extra mile to check out the sinuses by a scope with a camera attached. What he found surprised even him because it is rare: an infected right sphenoid sinus. I really respected his expertise, and discernment and concern to get to the root cause.
