It had been years since I'd had x-rays and I had a new complaint, so it was easy for the staff to work in pictures on the way to the exam room. Dr. Sharpe saw the x-rays and came into the room prepared with the knowledge of what my options would be, and prepared to handle my questions and objections. He was clear and informative, being helpful to me in making my decision.
