My experience with Dr Sergott has been awful. It took him over a month and a half to get back to me with my results, and the answer was the I had cataract and may need surgery. When I told him I wanted to go to a place close to my house, he said "no I really want you to go to the doctor at Wills, I am going to call your results into to them and they will follow up with you in 2 weeks". That was July 10.

Waited all day to see him they said another doctor was out. Than when I finally saw him he was more interested in explaining what was wrong with me to his student doctor in terms I couldn't understand. So I have to go to a follow up appointment not knowing why. Well I could give you a prism lens but that won't work come back in October. WHAT???????

    Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
