I called the office and was told that there were no available same day appointments. I told them that i needed to be seen right away, the receptionist talked to Dr.Salk. He told them to book me an appointment for that afternoon. He actually extended his work day to fit me into his already busy schedule! I have never had a doctor care enough about me before to work after his office hours ended to help me with a medical problem. I recommend to anyone who wants a doctor who truly cares about you.

I have been seeing dr salk for the past fifteen years. He is the best doctor that I have ever seen. Over the years he has taken me thru many of life's hurdels. Most recently he performed a robotic hysterectomy for me due to my severe anemia and fibroids. We worked together for a few years before we moved forward with the surgery. Everything went really well. I had virtually no discomfort after the surgery. Thank you Dr Salk

I had my visit with Dr Salk , he was warm , compassionate and his listening skills were outstanding. I discussed my concerns and he listened without interruption. I was exceptionally pleased with Dr Salk, he was gentle, kind, clear and met all of my needs.. I highly recommend Dr Salk.

He does not know the difference between BHRT and regular synthetic hormone therapy (he says they're the same, which, they are not). I specifically asked before hand if he had training in that area of medicine. Obviously he lacked knowledge. When asked about a more natural way for keeping hormones balanced, he made (what he thought was) a joke about having more children instead of getting BHRT. Pass if you're looking for top of the line, good bedside manner, you will not find it here.

Worst ObGyn visit I ever had. He was rough and rude. He literally laughed at me when I told him I had PCOS because I wasn't "fat enough". I had been diagnosed prior to seeing him and again since. He told me that my only option was birth control even though I have a serious contraindication and would not discuss alternatives. It was so upsetting that I actually switched offices so that I never had to see him in the halls. Idk how he has a job.
