Dr Ruben may be very knowledgeable but he has no bedside manor. He seems to have missed that class.

Dr. Ruben is #1 in my book. Have had wonderful experiences with him. Too bad his staff, beginning with the receptionist lack good customer service skills. If I had to evaluate the practice as a whole I would give one star Dr. Rubin is a definite 5 star.
