He is very compassionate. He listens with full attention and does not speak over one. He was very patient and articulate when explaining what was going on with not only my glaucoma but unusual painful extreme light sensitivity. His office staff was also as patient and understanding.

I'm pleased to have Dr. Robert Rothstein as my daughter's ophthalmologist. He is knowledgeable, professional, and most important compassionate and humanitarian with his patients. He's been treating my daughter for few months and he has been on top of her illness, always making sure her glaucoma was controlled/healed. I highly recommend Dr. Rothstein as he is remarkable with the treatments he has provided to my child. His staff is kind and helpful making our visits pleasant.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Rothstein for 15 years. He has successfully treated my normal tension glaucoma, which is difficult to control. Both Dr. Rothstein and Dr. Staiman are patient, meticulous, and highly skillful. I strongly recommend them both.

I had a terrible experience with EYENAMICS NY. The clinic ran like a factory, and I felt I’d made a terrible mistake choosing that clinic. Overall, my experience with Dr. Rothstein at this clinic was terrible, and I would not recommend Dr. Rothstein. Also, I plan to write the details of the situation to my health insurance company.

He should be sent back to the med school for him to learn ophthalmology. Even after 2 visits and sitting in front of all his machines, supposedly to test my eye problem, he couldn't come up with the diagnosis or a treatment plan for my diplopia. I even subjected myself to an MRI and an advanced blood work, but he admittedly ignorant in reading the MRI report. I am sure he collected the insurance money through my 2 visits to his clinic and by making me sitting in front of all his machines.
