Disappointing - how can someone be on FIVE asthma medications and have their asthma characterized as MILD? the Spirometry characterizes the asthma as MILD because I am on FIVE medications - how about we take away the FIVE meds and then see how I do and then the TRUE characterization of my asthma will be clear

My last visit to Dr. Reagle is truly my last. Instead of discussing my case with me, he came unprepared and read my file while I tried to explain my concerns RE CPAP use. Then after 15 minutes he suggested exactly what I had told him I tried 15 minutes earlier. It was a waste of my time, and his. I think these sleep studies are very flawed. Position in which one sleeps can make a very big difference. Not sleeping on one's back is almost a guarantee you will experience apneas and/or hypopneas.

I have been through several Dr's across multiple states over the past 11 years, My first one in Georgia confirmed I had sleep apnea, 5 years later the second one in Tennessee said I did not. when I moved back to Michigan my appointment went very well with Dr. Reagle. I explained my problems and moved right to the sleep study. The room was like a mini hotel room and the staff was excellent. My results came back and sure enough I still had mild sleep a CPAP has been ordered =)
