14 years ago, I went to Dr. Raymond after calling a few gastroenterologists who said I would have to pay up front because I was too young to have a colonoscopy and my insurance would not cover it. Dr. Raymond's office was the only one willing to work with me if I had to pay. Long story short, he saved my life because my colonoscopy revealed stage 3 cancer in my large intestine. This a doctor who cares about and listens to his patients and their concerns. I knew there was a problem, he listened.

IMPOSSIBLE to get thru to him with the telephone system. Have called multiple times in one day with no return call. He's short on time discussing issues and actually walked away from me while I was asking a simple question about follow up care
