Dr Pineyro finally find out the reason of my headache and wasn't caused by sinus infection, as my old Doctor told me and already was planning a surgery. I am glad I when for a second opinion, I feel much better, thank you Doc.

Dr. Pinyero is a thorough Doctor. My little nugget was getting ear infections all the time. His Pediatrician was pushing for him to get tubes put in his ears. We made an appointment with Dr. Pinyero and he took one look at my son and said he doesn't need tubes. He will grow out of the ear infections. He said that putting tubes in is a last resort and when children are born their Eustachian Tubes are flat where fluid can't get out causing ear infections and as you grow so do your tubes. I had my pediatrician pushing an unnecessary surgery on my son. He is now 5 and hasn't had an ear infection in years. Dr. Pinyero was accurate in what he said. I love the fact he was honest with me and didn't push surgery on a 1 1/2 year old.

Tis review is not about the doctor. It is about the rude and uncaring office staff. WE had an appointment at 2:30 and office called asking if we could move it up to 2. We said no but would try to get there as close to 2 as possible. We arrived about 2:25 and was told the doctor had to leave and they wanted to reschedule. We were never told the doctor had to leave. Also our they told us our insurance was acceptable on phone call but when we arrived it as a different story.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR! He does not follow up with his patients and is over-priced! His office staff is incompetent and unprofessional. I've called many times to try to get a response to a question I had for the doctor and all the receptionist does is lie and tells you the doctor will call you back in 5 minutes. Totally unprofessional and did not get any answers to my condition, he obviously does not care about the health of his patients. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Dr. Pineyro is the best doctor I have been to in years! He is very kind and understanding, great at diagnosing a problem, and treating it effectively. His homeopathic approach is so refreshing compared to all of the other doctors I go to. I would totally recommend him to anyone looking for a good ENT.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Pineyro for 20 years. He is an outstanding ENT and Diplomat, American Board of Otolaryrngology. Dr. Pineyro approaches medical diagnosis through a homeopathic and conventional methodology combined. I find his approach to be the absolute best combination of both, leading to the underlying cause for symptoms. He is an excellent physician.

The office staff and doctor are terrible. The mis-charged and refund takes 6 months to process. Copies of medical records were never processed.

DON'T GO THERE! I came in ,staff was good , billed me correctly. Went in 3 times ,for the same problem, and told me i only have allergy. He sent me to do Audiology test, brain MRI,and the diagnose was the same.Still can't figure it out ,what kind of allergy I have.He and primary said ,that's not important.First I've got Prednisone 5mg steroid, which was really good,my sore throat went away(after 2 ys,or something),i have problemas with my ear too.But after all this, the diagnose the same.DONTGO

Dr. Pineyro did not listen. He stated my throat problem was from my stomache even though iI told him it was a nasal drip issue. I would not recommend him to anyone. A second visit was scheduled by staff. Dr abused me personally. He did not listen to one word that I said. He was verbally abusive and did not answer a single question. I would not take my dog to see this physician. I have never experienced such a poor staff.

Dr. Pineyro is an ok doctor. He doesn't have great social skills and sometimes spoke to me like he was talking to an idiot. He really didn't go above and beyond and rather than figuring out what was going on with my daughter, he immediately wanted to give her prednisone. She's 4. A second opinion revealed that she has acid reflux. Glad I got a second opinion and now have a new doctor. The staff was always nice. I believe the Dr is just lacking skills.
