I only have good things to say about Dr. Pema: His Professionalism & "Bed Side Manner" during my surgery ranked quite high w/me! He puts you @ ease & never talks down to you! I feel there is a definite Doctor/Patient Bond that will continue forever! However, on Nov 9th, 2016, I was fitted for a Stent by Audiologist & to date, I still haven't received it; I have had to call numerous times because she doesn't return my calls; Dr. Pema doesn't need a "Blemish" like her on his staff!

I have been a patient of Dr. Pema's for around 15 years. It saddens me to have to now give him such a poor review. In March he became a part of OSU. He made the decision to NOT actively inform his patients of this change in partnership. When you now call to try to get through to his office you reach OSUs central scheduling. It is a crapshoot if you can reach his staff. You do not get a callback from staff when scheduling adds a message in your chart. The insurance they accept has now changed.
