His staff insisted on a code that my family practice in Arizona could not provide because family practitioners are not allowed to issue CPT codes. The staff said I could pay out of pocket,...more

He made us wait 2.5 hours for an appointment. After that he made us feel rushed and did not help us feel like we had our concerns addressed. We will not be coming back here and will be asking for a second opinion.
