Doctor Mohr's clinician has not returned a call. After seeing Doctor Patel 10 days ago and she said unfortunately it looks like I need surgery; the earliest Dr Mohr can see me is August 16th (3 weeks after my last visit). Ive called and left 2 messages for his clinician who on her vm says multiple msgs will delay a return call, are you kidding me. And still nothing. I've never had this type of terrible service or communication ever. BTW AO has done 3 other surgeries for me and never had a prob.

Dr. Mohr is the best in the spinal injury business. Thanks to his gifted surgical hands, I have no more neck pain. Not only is he an outstanding doctor, but he is a kind person and a real gentleman.

Dr. Mohr is the BEST doctor ever!! He listens and sincerely cares about my on and off condition & injury. His dedication & concern for my health has never wavered, and he is the kind of doctor that loves his profession and patients, and it shows. Having Gabi as Dr. Mohr's Assistant over the years completed Dr. Mohr because she too let you know that she cared. Most people look all their life for a doctor like Dr. Mohr, and I can say that I'm very blessed to have found. God Bless You Both.
Thanks You Yvette! We are excited to know you had & continue to have a great experience with Dr. Mohr and the staff at Advanced Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine. We value each of our patients and always look forward to hearing about your experiences!

Staff is not responsive and not reliable on educating patients about preoperative instructions. I had to continually press if they wanted me to see anyone in preop, if i had to stop medication, etc. More interested in making money from out-of-network billing and is part of the doctor-owned hospital that is gouging prices for healthcare and battling with insurance in the courts.
Thank You for bringing this to our attention. We are discouraged to hear about your negative experience. Above all else providing excellent patient care from start to finish is our main goal and it is unfortunate we were not able to meet that goal with your experience. Given the opportunity I would like to learn more details about your experience and to be able to make things right. Please contact me at your earliest convenience. 281-664-2129

Dr. Robert Mohr is an excellent doctor. I had neck problems where I couldn't turn my neck at all. Went to him and wanting surgery since I can't handle the pain any longer. Driving was very difficult because I can't turn my neck. Dr. Mohr was very proactive. He suggested physical therapy first. I went to PT and it helped so much. That was 4 years ago. Today I have no problem with my neck.
