Dr. Mittra lacks bedside manner. He walked in without so much as a hello or introduction & quickly looked over my mother. He then pointed to a screen that she couldn't possibly see attempted to explain to a practically blind 80 year old woman that he didn't know what was wrong & that it was her brain & she needed to be realistic as she would never read again or probably not see TV. Several times I had to ask, "So what your saying is..." Callus, short, rude.

Dr. Mittra is very kind, very firm and makes you understand why it is necessary for treatments and what to expect. I feel very comfortable with the staff, treatment and Dr. Mittra.
