I saw Dr Mastey for trigger thumb. After examining my thumb and asking questions related to the issue including type work, pain level, what had already been tried, etc he took time to explain exactly what was causing the pain and immobility. Since I had already received a steroid injection a few months ago that lasted only short time surgery is being scheduled. Office staff and accommodations very nice.

I saw Dr. Massey because I had trouble using my thumb and forefinger on one hand. He immediately asked me what I had been doing for it so far and I told him. He then said the next step would be a steroid shot and a brace to see if that would fix the problem. He explained what was happening, gave me a brochure about it, asked me if I had any additional questions at the moment and then gave me my shot. The next day my hand and wrist was so much better and much of the swelling had subsided. I would definitely recommend him to any of my family and friends that need this type of doctor.

My spouse has been a patient of Dr. Mastey for some time now, for several different problems. We were fortunate to have found Dr. Mastey online, as he is simply the best. He is obviously highly skilled & extremely knowledgeable & when you combine that with an exceptional bedside manner, these are some of the reasons that we have highly recommended him to many of our friends & contacts, including our local Primary Care Physician, who also is recommending patients to Dr. Mastey, as well. He also has an awesome office staff, and awesome therapy services, with a choice of locations!!

I first saw Dr. Mastey last year for a double carpal tunnel release surgery. I just went back for trigger thumb this year. He takes time to explain what the issue is in a simple way to understand. I highly recommend Dr. Mastey for any hand issues you may have.

Dr Mastey repaired my broken arm in 2017. I was 67. The surgery team and Dr Mastey’s staff were excellent in every aspect. Dr Mastey had to repair my arm with a plate. I have total range of motion and solid strength in my arm which is important as I am an artist. I can’t even tell that it was ever broken. Since then he has been treating osteoarthritis in my hands. I highly recommend Dr. Mastey. He listens and is very committed to helping his patients.

Reasonable wait time. Dr Mastey has great “bedside” manner. He cares about patients. Answers questions gives good explanations. Gave shots in both hands to begin treating my problem. Also prescribed other things. Very pleased with my visit. Follow up appointment in 4 weeks. I first saw him almost 15 years ago. I highly recommend him.
