A psychotropic medication was recommended as the current stimulant medication was reported to not be effectively addressing the child's symptoms. Family-Based Autism Mental Health treatment services were recommended, but parent had another specific service modality in mind. Parent initially refused to fill out questionnaires, necessitating a longer than expected wait period for the child to be seen. Those forms do exist on our website, and can be downloaded prior to initial office visits.

Dr. Lowenstein spoke to me as if I was deaf, dumb, and blind. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone. The behavior specialist sent out to help my child had a agenda of their own.
