I have never seen a more poorly run office than this one, and I've been to dozens of doctors in my life. I wonder if their doctors know how bad they and their staff are. Dr. Lins gave me some serious wrong information, sending me to a hospital about 65 miles away for nothing. Then he and his office manager refused to reimburse me for the over $100 in taxi fees I spent. I also had problems with 2 other doctors at this office. Stay away from Dr. Lins and this office.

Not a good experience at all. My first appointment. Waited 3 hrs , before being seen. Showed up early for my follow up and they didn't have me on their docket. Had appointment card and sent them text of it . No reply. I will not be returning. No respect for their patient.

Poor experience all around. Used my time to make an appt and made a point to be on-time for it. Had to fill out the same papers I have filled out every time I see this Dr. (Ever heard if EMR’s?) Then I waited for 1 3/4 hours. Still no closer to being seen. VERY noisy waiting room. Ppl on cell phones, TV blaring. I walked out and will not go back. I do not recommend this doctor if you have ANY thing else to do with your day.

I recently had a carpel tunnel release and am very pleased with the results. No more tingling and numbness in my hand and fingers and the improvement is obvious just looking at my hand. Dr. Lins and his staff were very considerate of my needs and concerns and helped me through the entire process efficiently. I would definitely recommend Dr. Lins if you are having orthopedic problems.

The doctor i have no issue with, he is professional and caring. Unfortunately his office staff are clueless. They let you wait for hours and then tell you, sorry, we are not ready for you today. No phone call to reschedule, nothing. I have gone through this more than once and will not return to his office because of this. Patients also have lives and cannot sit around for hours wasting time. My wait time so far has been 45 minutes as the shortest to over one and a half hours.

Dr. Lins is a brilliant doctor and an intuitive listener. I ride horses and was injured. My lower back hurt almost all the time. The first time I met Dr. Lins in his office, I was impressed with his positive attitude. Dr. Lins said I would be a good candidate for lower back injections, explaining what the medicine does and the injection process. The procedure didn't take long at all. I rested for two days. It was a great success! Dr. Lins deserves accolades and praise. I'd refer him & his staff

Dr. Lins and his staff are very professional. Dr. Lins took the time to get to know me and understand my health issues and worked closely with my primary. His diagnosis was always made clear, but just as important the options for a remedy were clearly presented. I trust him as a doctor.

Dr. LIns is very knowledgeable and professional in his approach to your problem. He tries more conservative measures as a first step before recommending more radical intervention. I appreciate this.
