He had a passion in his work with epileptics, like myself; but even more, he showed a strong empathy for the main sufferer: my wife. I was zombied out from new drugs we were attempting, so he took care of her bucket. His bedside manner was so calming, with a cup of humor, and a reputation in anti-seizure drug development that made us both feel his humble, yet near-awesome, existence. We believe in our local doc, but we will certainly miss our friend, Doc Leroy. (would love to just chat)
