He graduated from Creighton Preparatory School in Omaha, Nebraska and received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska College of Medicine. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine and fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City, Iowa. He received his board certification in Internal Medicine and his certification in Medical Oncology. He is director of Bergan Mercy Hospice and serves on the Board for Hospice House. Dr. Langdon is the Assistant Medical Director at the Nebraska Methodist Cancer Center. Dr. Langdon and his wife, Mary Jo, have six daughters."

I have been truly blessed to have Dr Langdon as my oncologist. He is kind, up to date on all treatment options, has a wonderful bedside manner. I can't imagine having anyone else, and highly recommend Dr. Langdon.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Langdon Jr. He has been my oncologist for nearly 25 years. He also treated my father and mother. He is caring, compassionate and very intelligent. He is a huge part of my being alive today and I cannot thank him and the staff enough!
