Dr. Klitzman is an amazing doctor with the most unprofessional, noncompassionate, rude, uncaring nurse(Brandy) that I have ever met. After 5 hours of trying to find out why a scheduled procedure wasn't being approved this person finally returns my phone calls with the opening line of "what do you want?" Then proceeds on talking down to me on the phone as if I am beneath her all the while not showing any compassion that I am in extreme pain. This person should not be in the medical field.

Mr Klitzman is very unprofessional. Changed my surgery schedule without notifying me & refused to email the consent form the day prior to surgery. When questioned about schedule change, his staff say that it was due to a medical emergency, but that was a week out and changed the surgery schedule by only several hours. Really! Although he has a medical education, someone forgot to teach him respect for patients, compassion, and people skills.
