Dr. kiltz did not help me. I did IUI & IVF which resulted in 6 losses. I will never forget when a nurse who I did not know called to tell me my pregnancy was no longer viable. She was completely insensitive. Don’t be fooled by the fancy waiting room with the cathedral ceilings, and beautiful stone fireplace. They take way too many patients and on countless occasions I would routinely wait 45 mins, even over an hour just for bloodwork!! There is no personalized care. You are just a number there.

I would not have my children without Dr. Kiltz, his entire staff, and the woman who donated her eggs. The donor program was very overwhelming to me at first, I am not sure I would have had the courage to go through it if it wasn't for Dr. Kiltz and his staff helping me each step of the the way.

Dr Rob was a godsend for us! After struggling with infertility for 2 years and changes to our insurance plan, we decided to go for IVF. We were carefully monitored and the end result was our two sweet little boys due this coming December. We recommend Dr Rob & CNY Fertility Centers to all of our friends (& anyone who will listen) who struggles with infertility!

We're so thankful for the opportunity to come here to complete our journey to parenthood. The whole staff was so welcoming and friendly as well as professional. Dr. Kiltz and Dr. Corley are both awesome. The nurses, Sarah and Ashley took good care of me. Also the acupuncturist, Donald was great!! We really appreciate everyone's support throughout this journey. I'm a travel patient and I had a wonderful experience at the Syracuse office.
