He also specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of fractures and trauma. Dr. Karsch is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. He received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania and completed his orthopaedic residency training at Montefiore Medical Center and Albert Einstein College of Medicine. He is a recipient of the Richard Selznick Award for Outstanding Research in Orthopaedics and was named Atlanta Magazine's Top Doctor from 2010 to 2016.
