Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Izor "Over the past 10 years Neurology Solutions Movement Disorders Center has strived to be a single destination for the management of chronic movement disorders, from early onset through disease progression. With our highly specialized focus, we aim to be at the forefront, bringing new and effective therapies and treatments and holistic approaches to improve mobility and restore balance and overall health of our patients.

We take a hands-on approach to rehabilitative health care and disease management using individualized strategies, including:

  • Dedicating a significant amount of time, usually 30 minutes or more, to examination, therapy and consultation;
  • Providing thoughtful and thorough explanations of treatment options to address the patient's illness, and giving them the tools to manage their condition;
  • Developing a care plan with the patient and physician to increase balance and control and address the physical, emotional and mental health needs of the patient.

When I arrived for the initial visit and consult I was presented with a prepared bill of $6600+ that I was expected to pay upfront before I saw...more

Dr. Izor was in the operating room during the procedure, testing me to make sure the electrodes were in exactly the right place. Since the operation Dr Izor and his staff have monitored and adjusted the device...more

They found the problem, and are making adjustments as needed. I now have no freezing, no...more

I see Dr. Izor for Essential Tremor. He is polite, interested and attentive.........not true of all doctors........and I feel very comfortable being his patient. He is patient with my many questions, and I never feel rushed. The staff, by and large, is very professional and friendly.
