in Cleveland, OH |
I am not sure how he treats other people, but he was abrupt with me on 8-25-2016. My throat is sore with red streaks, and my tongue is coated. He spent about one minute looking in my mouth with a tongue depressor, and said, "I should not have not come there. Urgent care is for emergencies. I should see an ear, nose and throat doctor." He gave me a prescription for "carafate" (for ulcers), to put on my tongue, and never told me my diagnosis. My after visit summary said I had "mouth lesions."
Cleveland, OH |
I was disappointed with the care and treatment that I received from Robert Herman MD. I presented with an upper respiratory and sinus infections, after a long wait I was allowed his presence for approximately 5 minutes. I was given amoxicillin and told it was the same as augmentin, which was untrue. The pharmacist even said there were better antibiotics for the infections I was being treated for. He was condescending and I do not recommend this urgent care, nor this physician.
