I am currently post-op 10 days after a knee replacement. This is one of the few surgeries I’ve had where I really do feel better after undergoing a procedure. Dr. Hay made my whole experience easy from the first time I met with him. He explained my options clearly, and took lots of time with me. Dr. Hay even brought me in for an extra visit pre-surgery when he sensed how anxious I was. His comforting bedside manner, and professional attitude are important to me in a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Hay has an Orthopaedic surgeon.

I appreciate Dr. Hay's direct, positive and compassionate demeanor. He recommended physical therapy to help with managing knee pain. This approach was conservative, and by following his treatment plan, I was able to significantly decrease my pain level. Excellent physician.

Dr. Hay apologized for the long wait I experienced to see him. Assuming this is not normal, the wait is worth seeing such a fine doctor. He quickly assessed my sore knee and elbow, explained the condition in detail, listened to my observations, and answered all my questions. He was not in a hurry to leave the examination room. I have seen Dr. Demarco at the same clinic and liked him too for the same reasons. This speaks highly for the clinic.
