Dr. Fitzgibbons explained my options well, and we made the decision to take a more conservative approach in treating my knee pain. I appreciate how he listened to my concerns and gave me choices on how to proceed.

I made an appointment with Dr. Fitzgibbons this winter after I had a hamstring strain/possible tear on my left knee area. Right away I had X-rays to rule out any bone breakage. Thankfully there was none. Dr. Fitzgibbons was someone who gained our respect after he skillfully did surgery on an immediate family member. He, along with his team faced an emergency situation after a serious car accident. He guided this person on a path toward an amazing recovery after a femur fracture. Dr. Fitzgibbons advised me to follow a course of physical therapy at a facility as well as helpful exercises at home. After several weeks of following his advice I began to feel decreased pain and greater flexibility. I would recommend anyone who is facing skeletal/muscular/joint issues to make an appointment with Dr. Fitzgibbons. He has the educational background and experience to help get his patients back on the road to recovery.

I am very pleased with the care that Dr. Fitzgibbons has provided for me and for one member of my family. He listens, and genuinely cares. I have a rare disease affecting my bones and cartilage making them easily damaged. I am currently dealing with a very bad knee which will need replacing. Dr. Fitzgibbons injected the knee to relieve pain as I try to prepare for surgery. I am grateful for his caring and understanding.

Came in with an injured shoulder that had been giving me trouble and all signs pointed to a torn rotator cuff. Upon reviewing my MRI, Dr. Fitzgibbons recognized that it had been pinched and bruised, not torn. He did an excellent job of explaining the injury and steps I could take towards recovery. Probably saved me a fortune that I might’ve spent on surgery. Great doc!

He repaired my ACL about a month and a half ago, but thus far I am quite pleased with the results. Leading up to the procedure, I was very well informed by Doc and the rest of the staff for my particular condition and desired activity level. I have been very well taken care of by the whole team pre- and post-op.

Did not take time to see a patella fracture, which resulted in 3 surgeries over a 12 month period. During that 12 months I was in a cast or full length brace on crutches non weight bearing. Now every step is painful.

Severe rt shoulder/arm pain that extended to my pointer & 2nd finger for 6 months. 2X BEGGED Dr. FitzGibbons for an MRI. Told the MOST he would do for 12-16 WEEKS was 2 cortisone injections. "All you require is a positive attitude and the cortisone WILL work." Within hours after 2nd cortisone injection I pointed at something and my entire bicep ripped! Fell to the floor in agony. MRIs showed I had severed my bicep in two and it can no longer be repaired. I would NEVER recommend Dr. FitzGibbons.
