2 visits one worse than the other. They over book. They keep you waiting. I waited over 75 minutes to see a doctor, for perhaps 5 minutes. At 8:30 am the office is packed. First visit: receptionist called my insurer and very loudly shared my sensitive personal info with the entire waiting room. The second, she deliberately over-charged me $150 for a $50 copayment, despite my objections. Now they refuse to refund the overcharge (actually lied to my insurer about it). They don't return phone calls

NO. Unfortunately, I didn't get to see Dr. Feig due to his incompetent staff who didn't know how to properly check medical insurance coverage's. They demanded a $300.00 payment because of a high deductible when they were suppose to bill as a medical specialist and give a $50.00 copay. I immediately called Aetna and verified I was correct. If this is how your company conducts business by ripping patients off? Find somewhere else to practice other than the offices of Harouni & Sheindlin MDPC
