The doctor and staff are efficient and user friendly. I had testing done and was a day early for my appointment for a cat scan and although the doctor was in surgery the staff said they would boot up the equipment and do the scan and that I could communicate with the doctor the next day. They went out of their way to accomodate me.

Went in with an ear infection. Took a sample on a Friday, said my results would be in on Tuesday. That was 3 weeks ago, I still have no results. I've called several times and the staff is cold and just simply says they don't know where the results are.

While being treated he told her she "shouldn't be having" the symptoms she complained of. After months under his care...she ends up losing 40 lbs and with pneumonia. He made the comment that he "did her a favor" sending her to the ER when she got so sick. AND the desk lady let my mom wait for 50 min. (till I said something) because she was too weak to stand to sign her name in on the little paper on the counter and I didn't know because it was my 1st time there. UNREAL!!!!!

Very rushed visit. Unusually rapid examination of patients. Felt more like they were herding cattle instead of treating patients. The nurse that shows you to your examination room is so cold that she could be an ice queen. I think it must hurt her to have to speak to patients. Provided no useful information to me as to the findings of the nasal visual inspection procedure. Dr. Collette is pushing his Coblation surgery by handing me a flyer BEFORE having a diagnostic CT scan done. Suspicious.

Dr was okay, but not good explaining procedures/next steps. Prescribed an allergy med that cost $300 - when I called to question the expense of that med they had no idea-told me to take Nasacort. Decided to get 2nd op - called to ask office to prepare records - staff did not want to get them ready beforehand and said there would be a charge for copies. Went to get the recs - did not take debit for anything under $10 (then had no change for my $10 bill - they charged $2!) Lost my scan report. :(
