Care Philosophy

This content was provided by Dr. Buchanan "I had wonderful role models growing up on the south side of Chicago. I admired the many priests who consecrated their entire lives to serving God's people and I saw the same vocational devotion in the physicians that I met. After my discernment, I decided to enter medical school and devote my life to both clinical work and research. I was drawn to study of both the brain and the mind, so I completed 2 residencies, one in psychiatry and the other in neurological surgery. It was a long journey but well worth it. A good physician is a servant of his patients."
