in San Francisco, CA |
Dr. Bristow was is an excellent doctor. I highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgable, kind, thoughtful, listens carefully, is good/patient at explaining things, and is clearly an expert in ovarian cancer (see NYTimes article that explains the research he did). I had surgery with him 2 weeks ago. He removed a 10cm fluid filled ovarian cyst and another 4cm chocolate cyst. He also confirmed I have endometriosis which I always suspected since my mom had it.

Had no bedside manner. Maybe a great surgeon, but i mostly saw his interns at office. Operated and i never saw him before or afterwards. Had interns visit after surgery. Had bleeding and didn't help. I had to go see my obygn to get cauterized.
