Dr. Brisbroeck is an excellent doctor. However, his staff in the front office are terrible, lacks customer sergvice, lacks sympathy to patients, very unprofessional, and does not want to correct the mistake they've have done, and difficult to contact. One of the staff members cancelled my appointment even though I confirmed it with another staff member. I was already in the office when I was told that they had cancelled my appointment and did not try to accommodate me that day.

The worst experience with a doctor ever, He could have cost me job and my life. Moved to Az and went to him on insurance recommendation. I'm on an insulin pump and i went in the fisrt time knowing that my pump needed to be adjusted for the time and work load changes as well as the drastic temp change. I went to see him 3 times. only once did he ask me for my pump to download. RED FLAG! at my last visit I heard the nurse tell him for down the hall this is the guy who call BCBS and complained.

I was on and out quick. Had to come back and see Nurse to find out what would be best medication to put me on for my diabetes. Margaret told me allowed only ten not fifteen for one starch. Only told me what group is starches. Didn't tell me how much I'm supposed to have. But I could eat as much as I want just take more insulin. Said if I want to know more needed to take diabetic class. She didn't give me any pamphlets or information. Had to make two appointment to get help.
