He was cold and distant. Very uncaring and no compassion. He obviously hates tattooed people. He is partial to sportos. He wasn't even in the building and was already twenty minutes behind schedule., he offered no apology for his tardiness.
Dr. Benafield is disrespectful, he rolled his eyes at me and was extremely dismissive of me repeatedly informing him of pain I am suffering from after my surgery and months of physical therapy. He seems to be going off of a "statistical average" of where I should be and is patronizing in his tone of telling me how I feel.

Arthritis collapsed my thumb into the palm of my hand. Dr. Benafield restored the use of my left hand with surgery. I now have 90% functionality of the hand. It is getting better and stronger everyday. I suspect I will be at 100% by the end of the month. It is wonderful to be able to open jars, button up shirts and pull zippers with both hands now. It's been six weeks since my surgery. I am at full speed with my life again. Thank you Dr. Benafield.

I would recommend Dr. Benafield to anyone in need of his services. He is very professional and I felt like he listened to my concerns and truly cared about the success of my surgery. He explained everything he would be doing in a fashion that put me at ease. I had surgery on my shoulder. I am 90 days out from my procedure and have NO pain in my shoulder after dealing with very bad pain for 5+ years. As I told Dr. Benafield, He changed my life!
